Dutch Speaking Consumer Relations Representative (6 months FTC)

Consumer Relations Representative
As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service to our customers across our brands; HOKA, UGG Teva.
We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Dutch and English.
Your Impact
  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering a seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat and social media

  • Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment
  • Use and analyse all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience
  • Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business
  • Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting your colleagues

We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus
  • An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands
  • A customer centric mindset
  • Written and oral fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this role
