Rutland Water Park is the perfect place to enjoy time outdoors, welcoming visitors who come to relax from their daily hustle and bustle or just catch up with friends and family while walking around the park. Offering a range of activities ranging from mini golf, a beach, a 23-mile cycling/walking trail and that's where we need your help!
We are looking for friendly, customer focused people to support across the various areas of the Water Park including working in the visitor centre, supporting with weddings and helping across the Watersports Centre and Cafes as needed.
You will be providing a high level of customer service to our many visitors, making their day enjoyable by assisting them with knowledge of our products, promotion of our services and ensuring a clean and safe environment. We are offering a flexible contract with hours that work around your current commitments.

What does it take to be a Park Assistant?
Excellent customer service skills especially in a retail or an outdoor environment
Excellent communication and social skills
Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn
Availability to work weekends
Shown enthusiasm about our parks and ability to share enthusiasm with customers
We are offering a flexible contract with hours that work around your current commitments, you'll be available to work during school holidays and weekends which are our busiest time.
