A well-established logistics company in Lutterworth are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to fill the position of Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in a varied and dynamic work environment and is passionate about finance and administration.
Location: Lutterworth (LE17)
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible start / finish time working 5 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and Organisation: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining impeccable financial records.
- Purchase Ledger Work: They will play a crucial role in managing the company's outgoing payments.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Ensuring accuracy in invoices and timely reconciliations will be a key part of their role.
- Bank Statement Checking: Regular review and verification of bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Credit Control: The candidate will also contribute to the credit control processes, ensuring efficient management of receivables.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in standard accounting software.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
