Service Care Solutions are looking for a Senior Administrator to working within the Leicestershire Police on a 6-month contract.

Location: Enderby, Leicester
Job role/responsibilities:
To provide enhanced administrative support OPCC boards.

• To provide administrative support to all OPCC boards, scheduling meetings, producing agendas, taking and compiling minutes and actions logs and co-ordinating papers.


• To deal with correspondence and other material (including confidential documents) and to compose replies to such correspondence as required.


• To prepare reports and presentations relating to OPCC Boards.


• To prepare information for and compile information/literature packs relevant to the Organisation.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Business and Administration.


• To possess ECDL Advanced or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge/Experience required:

• To have public sector experience, for example in a political officer, local authority, health, criminal justice, education.


• Experience in drafting reports both accurately and to deadlines.


• Experienced in handling routine correspondence inclusive of photocopying, scanning and other enquires.
