Competitive hourly rate: We offer a pay of £10.42 per hour - this will increase to £11.44 from March 2024 in line with National Living Wage. This role is a flexible temporary contract with a minimum of 25 hours per week up to a maximum of 42 hours per week.
Accommodation options: If needed, live-in accommodation is available at a reasonable rate of £60.90 per week. The accommodation at YHA Snowdon Ranger is suitable for a couple.

The Role: A Seasonal Journey Awaits
As a Seasonal Team Member your contributions are key to delivering outstanding service. You'll find yourself in a role that is central to creating memorable experiences for all, regardless of your background or experience.
Your Responsibilities
Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members and guests.
Working on reception and offering insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
Utilising our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
Assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence in more sales. Suggesting enjoying dinner with us or offering a beverage or dessert as you assist with table service, ensuring a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
