The ideal Full-Time Cover Supervisor will:

✨ Inspire and support students to ensure each one thrives academically, using their educational knowledge and expertise

Adapt supervisory techniques to complement individual learning styles, effectively responding to diverse skill levels and behaviors

Communicate seamlessly, building strong connections with fellow teaching staff and fostering trust with our aspiring students. Emotional intelligence is paramount in our interactions!

Maintain composure, patience, and understanding; the academic environment can be dynamic, and your ability to stay calm and assess support needs is crucial. ‍ ️

A candidate 'Must Have':

An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this!)

Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided)

❤️ Willingness to do Cover Supervisor work with a wide range of children

RELEVANT Experience and Qualifications not required but preferred!
