Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Engage with students, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of students in your care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, coaching, after-school clubs, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and control a classroom environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different subject areas and year groups.
- Strong organisational skills.
