Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Implement pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
Engage with students and manage classroom behaviour effectively
Adapt to different school settings, including those with SEN requirements
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Contribute to the overall educational experience of studentsRequirements:
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is advantageous
Comfortable working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Flexible availability for immediate start
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
