Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a cover supervisor to deliver a day to day, short-term or long-term position in education. As a cover supervisor it is essential that you are able to confidently manage challenging behaviour in a classroom of Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 students. The successful cover supervisor will have the ability to deliver a lesson plan and ensure the students complete work set out by the teacher. It is essential as a cover supervisor that you can engage with students and offer additional support where required.

A successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Degree in education (desirable)
• Behavioural management experience (desirable)
• Classroom management experience
• Clear understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
