Are you an experience Humanities Teacher looking for a new exciting challenge?
We are currently recruiting a Full time Humanities Teacher to support our client in the Newport area. Our client wants to give all of their students the opportunity to develop into responsible, well-rounded and valued members of society. Role and Responsibilities:• Understanding of the curriculum KS3-4.• Ability to create lesson plans.• Be self-motivated.• Able to demonstrate initiative.• Have the flexibility to adapt in an ever-changing environment.• Have an understanding, empathetic nature.• Able to build a rapport with students and faculty.• Have strong classroom management skills.• Ability to evaluate students and give feedback in the right manner
What we need from you:• Qualified teacher status/PGCE• Previous classroom experience• DBS• Knowledge and confidence teaching over the curriculum
What you need to register with Reed:• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.• EWC• Provide 5 years relevant references.
