Facilities Supervisor – London – Up to £38,000 Per Annum
An opportunity has come up for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join one of the UK’s leading property consultancies. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of the FM team based in London and would ideally suit someone who has experience of working In House.
Role:
- Supervision of FM team and cleaning service partners.
- Supporting the head of Facilities Management on operational projects.
- Responsible for statistical reporting
- Work with FOH manager to ensure hospitality suite is well maintained.
- Oversee FM admin duties.
- Ensure FM Helpdesk calls are handled within contracted SLA’s
- Management of third party contractors
- Foster and maintain relationships with office managers.
- Daily checks of office spaces to ensure furniture layouts are orderly.
Skills Required:
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility in the face of change.
- Team focussed with a collaborative mindset.
- IOSH or NEBOSH.
- Microsoft Office/O365.
- Helpdesk systems .
- Invoicing systems.
