We’re looking for a corporate experienced individual with previous experience of the facilities arena within a professional setting.
Facilities Coordinator – Hybrid – 12-month FTC
The duties of the of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships at all levels within the firm, including regular communication via e-mail, telephone, Teams and face to face
- Liaise with on-site contractors, i.e. cleaning/porters, engineers, security, catering, travel desk, maintenance, general office, reprographics, files and stationery.
- Maintaining the processing of administrative tasks and updating logs where appropriate. Assist with answering of the Facilities Helpdesk via both e-mail, telephone and Teams.
- To be aware of the firm's health and safety policy and statement and to be pro-active in resolving any potential issues.
- To process the payment of department invoices Ensuring invoices are being received
As a Facilities Coordinator you would have:
- Experience of reviewing and analysing data
- Experience of working as part of a multi-service Facilities team in a professional services environment essential;
- Experience of implementing and monitoring service level agreements and ensuring the highest level of client service is achieved.
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexible team player
