Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Working across different subject areas and within various year groups.
Qualification:
While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable, they are not essential. We welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong commitment to enhancing and a strong commitment to enhancing the educational experience for children.
