About the Role:
As a Secondary Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and supporting students within the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with subject teachers to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials, setting up the classroom, and organizing displays.
- Engage with small groups of students, providing additional support and guidance.
- Mark student work and communicate progress to parents and carers.
- Manage the work of Teaching Assistants and collaborate with other staff members.
- Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the well-being of students.
Qualifications and Skills:
