Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Supply Learning Support Assistants to join our outstanding special school. As a Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will work on a flexible basis to support in the classroom. You will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities across a range of subject areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to enable a high-quality education for pupils.
- Cover staff absences by being allocated to classes.
- Adapt to working with a range of pupils and maintain a caring and positive attitude.
- Commit to achieving the best outcomes for our pupils.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities is essential.
