Secretary/Audio Typist
BournemouthSalary negotiable depending upon experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Audio Typist to support our client, a leading law practice. Experience in a Law practice is now essential just a strong typist/secretarial background.
They require a highly competent Audio Typist (skillset minimum of 70wpm) to support the busy Bournemouth based team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Typing/word processing per dictation
Maintenance of the company's case management systems and electronic file records
Back up secretarial support to other Departments/Caseworkers
Maintain client confidentiality and legal professional privilege
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Answering telephone calls and using switchboard
Skills and Experience
Audio typing and word processing essential
Ability to use word for windows
Legal experience not required, just strong audio typing skills.
