Job description

Job title: Secretary- Receptionist

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Location: Glengormley.

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and closing for 1 hour at lunchtime.

On behalf of our client, a leading Northern Ireland Legal firm, we have a new opportunity for a Secretary to join their team. The Secretary would primarily support the administrative team throughout the branches however would be based in the Glengormley office and carry out reception duties as well.

You will need:

· Audio typing skills.

· Good organisational and time management abilities- able to work to deadlines.

· Experience of using manual and electronic filing systems.

· Excellent communication skills- telephone, face to face and email.

· Able to work as part of a team and own initiative.
