Job description

We are looking for a Section Manager to join our M&S site in Stoke. You’ll lead your team to achieve business goals, maximising productivity and efficiency whilst focusing on continuous improvement and colleague wellbeing.


This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern. The hours of work will be 14:00 - 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £32,500 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
  • Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
  • Promote a creative atmosphere where ideas and improvements can be harnessed
  • With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
