Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead and guide a team of ServiceNow Technical Consultants in designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on expertise to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive the overall implementation process. As we look to grow the team, you will be pivotal in shaping and supporting the next generation of technical talent.
Responsibilities:
* Work as a Senior in a team of ServiceNow consultants, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management
* Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
* Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet best practices, scalability, and performance standards
* Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations
* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of implemented solutions
* Collaborate with engagement managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Provide expert-level advice on ServiceNow platform capabilities, functionalities, and best practices
* Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and trends, and provide recommendations on their application within client environments
* Lead knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow applications and functionalities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on leading implementation projects
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and components
* Proven experience in designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications
* Experience in the Employee Workflow product suite preferred, but not essential
* Strong understanding of converting business processes to ServiceNow solutions and best practices
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development and customization
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
* ServiceNow certifications across two product lines are preferred, but not essential
* Desire to teach and support new Technical Consultants entering the ecosystem
