Global Securities House have a career opportunity in their Middle Office for a Securities Financing Specialist

Must have requirement:

· BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
Key knowledge:

3 years experience + of
Settlements - Stock lending,Fixed Income Repos
Collateral Management

· Stock loan settlements
· Repo settlements
· Crest settlements (for UK equities and DBVs)
· Daily collateral management
· Mark to market exposure management
· Corporate actions
· Month end billing process
· PNL and other reconciliations
· Implement and review operational procedures
· Understand front to back process from trade execution to trade settlement
· Regulations that impact stock loan and repo (SFTR and CSDR)
· Be the firms stock loan and repo operations SME
Beneficial to have:

· Previous knowledge of BNP Paribas Neolink
· Previous knowledge of EquiLend Spire
· Previous knowledge of EquiLend Post Trade Solutions (contract compare)
· Previous involvement in IT projects
· An understanding of securities lending and repo master agreements (GMSLA and GMRA)
