Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Security Analyst for a professional services business based in Newcastle, on a permanent basis. The role is paying up to £45,000 and offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities of the Security Analyst include:
- Enhance and manage security protocols for Document Management Systems and file servers
- Provide incident handling and first-response for complex alerts and incidents identified
- Improve the Cloud Security across the business acting as the point of contact for security
- Execute regular checks and generate standard reports to maintain a vigilant watch over the system.
- Continually research security risks, keep up to date on the latest cyber threats and proactively promote effective counter-measures
Essential requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a security-related IT role
- Working knowledge of endpoint security solutions and infrastructure security
- Good understanding of security frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
