Security Automation Engineer

Contract - Security Automation Engineer- London/Edinburgh/Hybrid - 6 months - Outside IR35

Gibbs Hybrid requires an experienced and dynamicSecurity Automation Engineerto join our team and work as a consultant for an UK retail bank as hybrid working model.

• Role: Security Automation Engineer
• Location: Hybrid/London/Edinburgh (1-3 days a week in the office)
• Job type: Contract
• Duration: 6 months initial - Outside IR35
  
• Extensive automation experience
• Coding experience to be able to consume APIs from platforms, marshal and manipulate data
• Working knowledge of using code repositories & CI/CD pipelines
• Awareness of security controls necessary to implement connections securely between systems, managing credentials, cryptographic materials etc
• Hands on experience of AWS and Azure
• Creation of PowerBI dashboards and reporting experience
• Experience of MS Power Tools and SharePoint
• Banking or Financial services background is a plus
