It is a great time to join our Security Team at Goodwood, as we begin preparations for our exciting 2024 Season. You will play a vital role in providing operational management to our team of security professionals, in the provision of 24/7 security for the Goodwood Estate. The primary focus will be on the safety and security of The Family, Goodwood House and the wider Estate.
Working closely with our Group Head of Security to ensure best practice, robust operational policies and procedures are in place and continually developed . You will assess security risks and vulnerabilities, making recommendations to improve and evolve security protocols.
No two days are the same as you manage rotas, manage the Security Control Room, CCTV, monitor patrols, liaise with our security contractors and become an integral part of the Security Management team. You will also be prepared to respond to security incidents, including breaches, alarms and medical incidents

- Experience in a Security management role / or people management
- A current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor essential
- CCTV operator licence essential
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- First Aid at Work certificate essential
- A working knowledge of fire & intruder alarm systems is desirable
- Ability to drive 4 x 4 on & off road
- Strong organiser to effectively manage scheduling and resourcing
