Security Installer / Labourer

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Security Installer Based out of our Reading Depot and travelling to other areas within the UK as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being part of a two-man team fitting and removing temporary security doors and screens and GPRS / GSM battery operated alarms with wireless detectors.
• Measuring properties to be secured, meeting necessary property managers on site for access or collecting keys from a specified location and then securing the property as required.
• Manual work.
• Some lifting required with steel screens and doors.
• Travel across the UK is a day-to-day part of the position.
• You will be required to work overtime as requested. Overtime paid at our standard rate.

Key Experience Required:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• The ability to undertake manual work, including heavy lifting as required.
• Good attention to detail.
• A flexible approach to working hours.
• A strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security installations would be beneficial although full training will be given.
• Commitment to promoting excellence, quality, and continuous improvement in services.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• CSCS card would be a bonus!

You will be required to undertake and pass a full security screen (DBS) check, which will be paid for following successful interview.

• Basic salary: £24,549 + £2,500 London Weighting + Overtime
• Standard Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Full training given.
