I'm currently recruiting for a Security Manager to join a renowned bank, managing security for 2 properties in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Management of physical security programme, and ensuring it is run in line with the relevant policies and standards.
- Daily management of the banks physical security control room responding to alarms and actioning events accordingly.
- Handle and respond efficiently to all customer phone calls; identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Ensure customer records are updated and maintained through the effective adoption of CRM.
- Ensure risk and threat assessment are carried out and that the polices and standards support the mitigation of risk with the banks risk appetite.
- Support the General Manager by delivering all capital projects under the project pillar of the FM strategy.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a high-end corporate security environment.
- Previous experience using Genetec.
