Security Manager
Mission: You are responsible for the safety of all guests, team members, contractors, and visitors during their stay at the hotel. Constant monitoring of the hotel’s operations and facilities. Maintain all key documents and systems as per legal and company requirements
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performs face-to-face training on Health and Safety Prevention in the hotel to all new staff and training updates for permanent and semi-permanent personnel: Occupational Risk Prevention for the position, Emergency Equipment.
- Proposes preventative measures to avoid the repetition of accidents and monitors their implementation.
- Organizes ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the Health and Safety committee at the request of the Hotel/Operations Management or any of the parties defined in regulations.
- Implements the Self-Protection Manual in the hotel. Manages any updates to the Manual.
- Organizes partial or full emergency drills in the hotel with a frequency to be defined (at least once a year).
- Reviews and maintains first-aid kits throughout the hotel. Makes requests for materials. Registers the regular reviews carried out. Manages equipment reviews such as Oxidoc or Defibrillator.
- Supervises the implementation of dangerous procedures from the point of view of ensuring the safety of hotel personnel.
Our successful candidate will have:
- 2 years’ managerial experience.
- Experience as a Security Manager in a product or service similar to ours
- Proven leadership skills and Project Management skills
- Strong experience in H&S, and willingness and accountability of Fire/H&S
- Fluency in English and an additional language would be a plus.
