Job Type: Full Time

Location and Hours: Broad Street Mall Shopping Centre, Reading, 07:00am - 19:00pm - 4 on 3 off

Salary: £12.15 per hour Average earnings with some additional working £35,000, 2 x rate on public holidays

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Day time Security Officer to join the dynamic team at Broad Street Mall Shopping Centre, Reading. As a Security Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, and visitors. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment. Candidates must live within a maximum 15 mile commute .

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
  
• Valid SIA license
  
• CCTV licence (preferred but not required)
  
• First Aid Certification
  
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a related field (preferred but not required)
  
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Strong work ethic and reliability
  
• High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
