• Monitor and control access points to the facility, ensuring only authorised personnel enter and exit as per protocol
• Greet and direct visitors and contractors upon arrival, providing them with necessary instructions and ensuring compliance with security procedures
• Verify the credentials of individuals entering the premises, including checking passes, identification cards or any other required documentation
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring they are in accordance with orders and protocols and coordinate with relevant personnel for efficient handling and distribution
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, deliveries and any security-related incidents or activities as per company policies and regulations
