Position: Security Officer - Mobile Patrol (Barnsley)
Pay Rate: £10.90 - £12.22
Schedule: 08:00 – 20:00 or 20:00 – 08:00 (4 on 4 off shift pattern)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until 30/09/2024
Location: Barnsley
FGH Security is seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our Mobile Patrol team at a transport depot.
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing asset protection through a Mobile Patrol.
This role will be on a fixed-term contract.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full clean UK driving license
- SIA Security Guard Licence
Main Duties
- Inspecting perimeters and borders for evidence of encroachment
- Checking property security to verify no breaches have occurred
- Regular review of assets, vehicles, and machines
- Patrols are conducted both during and after business hours to ensure the safety of employees
- Safety inspections are conducted to detect potential dangers
- Tracking systems are used to keep site inspection logs
- When criminal conduct is identified, report it quickly and coordinate with the security response team
