AddressWe are seeking an experienced supervisor to come and work at the Port of Liverpool at a pay rate of £12.00 per hour, the successful candidates will be positive, outgoing and very much team driven
The roster is Thursday,Friday 10am-6am, Saturday,Sunday 8pm-6am (Total of 36 hours)
This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:
- Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff on site.
- Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff
- Supervise Officers - direct staff and monitor performance.
- Maintain records for compliance oversee.
- Assist contract manager.
- Lead by example.
- Assist with Health and Safety Audits via Visit IT / Site IT apps.
- Inform client of any defects to locations or health and safety risks
- Answer employees queries and inform contract management.
- Be able to maintain KPIs when contract management is on leave.
- Conduct notes / investigations.
- Training officers and refresh on the ISPS code.
- Assist with the delivery of Carlisle Support Services objectives in line with 'Employer of Choice' status
