- Schedule: Monday to Friday ??
- Shifts: 10 hours per day ?
- Rate: £15.94 per hour ??
- Total Hours: 50 hours per week ?

About the Role- Rostering and forward planning reporting officers ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and holidays
- Maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring coaching, counselling and any investigations are implemented in line with company policy
- Monitoring and managing the appearance and behaviors of all Security personnel
- Encourage staff recognition and staff nominations for awards
- Ensure site documentation is kept up to date
- All incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures
- Planning, development and implementing staff training
- Monitor faults with security related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly
- Be fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems
- Participate in any arranged company training to improve standards of performance
- To be the first point of contact on their shift for security function related queries.
- SIA Licence.
- 5+ Years experience
- Has SC clearance or the ability to gain one
- Must have a ful
