About the RoleRostering and forward planning reporting officers ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and holidaysMaintaining positive employee relations and ensuring coaching, counselling and any investigations are implemented in line with company policyMonitoring and managing the appearance and behaviors of all Security personnelEncourage staff recognition and staff nominations for awardsEnsure site documentation is kept up to dateAll incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and proceduresPlanning, development and implementing staff trainingMonitor faults with security related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctlyBe fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm SystemsParticipate in any arranged company training to improve standards of performanceTo be the first point of contact on their shift for security function related queries.Essential SkillsSIA Licence.5+ Years experienceHas SC clearance or the ability to gain oneMust have a full clean manual driving licence with access to a vehicleExperience Managing and Leading othersHighly motivatedcustomer focusedstrong computer skillLeadershipAttention to detailAbout CompanyJoin Today and Build a Better Tomorrow!
