This position is for a 48 hour contract, 6am-6pm, 4 days a week.
What the role of a Security Team Leader involves:
- Providing leadership and motivation to the Security team
- Working alongside the Security Team Manager to implement policies and procedures
- Controlling all access of the premises
- Booking vehicles in and out of the site
- Conducting thorough patrols
- Inputting data
- Vehicle and colleague searches
What we're looking for:
- Experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Data Protection laws
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Experience in Conflict Management
- Experience in incident reporting and data input
- Strong personality and character to deal with difficult situations
