Job description

Role purpose

  • Responsible for strategic/tactical data analysis focused on Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide daily monthly Sales Reports with required business analysis.
  • Purpose is to analyse market, sales, and customer information to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) support as system administrator; development of necessary reporting tools in accordance with defined strategy.
  • Provide admin support to seeds business.

Accountabilities

  • Support Head of Sales/ Product Managers Budget, Commercial Target and Planning processes for the preparation and execution stages and provide related business analysis in order to support Leadership Team.
  • Manage and ensure Daily Sales Reports and Weekly FCST reports with required business analysis.
  • Be the responsible of SP Tool system maintenance for Turkey Business Area
  • Update and monitor clear, concrete, and up to date Customer Target/FCST data in order to measure business performance of SYT and respective Sales Areas according to pre-defined KPI’s and provide clear and concrete analysis for Leadership Team.
  • Provide analytical support to Seed team to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse data exported from Salesforce such as Accounts, Sales Plans for the key distributors and customers supported by segmentation & convert data to information.
  • Create dynamic dashboards, develop, and implement Salesforce support systems in collaboration with the regional support team.
  • Use statistical analysis to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
  • Ability to assist in troubleshooting of ad hoc issues.
  • Organize and hold training sessions on processes for all roles to increase efficiency of usage.
  • Lead communication for platform and process changes and roll out of new digital tools and increase effective use by all users.
  • Performance Management: Support BA Head, HoS, SA Managers to run the analysis about functional competencies, minimum standards, knowledge testing, assessment, tracking and reporting and prepare and implement development plans.
  • Ensure the collection, compliance, evaluation of data and information gathered from multiple sources (market, customer, competition)
  • Responsible for easy procure management within the Seeds team.
  • Provide administrative support for Seeds to Marketing and Sales team.
  • Actively prepare weekly status call information.

Critical experience and knowledge

  • Education: Bachelor / Master’s degree Engineering, Mathematic, Statistic, Business Administration, and Economics, Finance Marketing or/and sales management
  • Min. 3 years proven experience in performance planning, marketing, sales, data analysis.
  • Understanding of the agribusiness industry.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
  • Advanced data analysis skills (Microsoft Excel, SQL, PowerBI is preferred)
  • Experience on SAP systems environment
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Capability for analytics to execute complex analyses.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind, strong team player.
  • Solution-oriented & constructive mindset, project management skills
  • Understand customer and sales team needs.
  • Understanding of competitive environment Able to use market research effectively to understand customers, market.
  • Attention to details and the ability to manage several projects at once.
