Consegna are proud to be supporting the largest Mortgage Brokerage based in Kent. They are looking for a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a growing business. As an independent Mortgage Broker, you have access to receive several pre-qualified leads (If you need them) each week or be supported with generating your own leads. With access to are over 40+ introducers across London, support with marketing campaigns and paid leads. You will also be supported by Mortgage Administers which are based in house.

Key Points:
- Self-Generated 70% split of banked business
- Leads provided 35% split of banked business.
- Access to work from an introducer to receive pre-qualified leads
- Up to 6 Months retainer (Payment plans available)
- Work for a highly respected Mortgage Brokerage established in 2016
- Currently 25 Self-Employed Advisors in the business.
- Submitting 200 applications per month - Top performers banking over GBP300k per year
- All equipment and training will be provided.
- Flexible working (Home or office)
- Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) - NO WEEKENDS!

Required Experience
- Existing client bank required!
- Access to Kent for monthly team meeting
- Minimum of 12 moths Mortgage Brokering experience
- Full CeMap (or equivalent) qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Driven and committed to succeeding, while also being a team player.
