Self-Employed Remote Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Salary: £60,000+OTE realistic first year earnings
Location: Fully Remote
We are looking for an experienced and driven mortgage advisor to join our growing remote team. You will benefit from qualified mortgage leads via our partnerships, as well as having the freedom to self-source and expand your client base.
This is an excellent opportunity to take control of your earnings and work flexibly from anywhere, while still having access to back office support, training, and lead generation opportunities.
What's on offer:

• £60k+OTE realistic first year earnings
• Flexible fully-remote working
• Combination of qualified and self-generated leads
• Commission split:
• 50% on Leads Provided
• 75%-80% on self-generated leads

• Minimum earnings guaranteed after lender fees
• Full back office support
• Paid on submission, deductions reconciled

• Ongoing training and compliance support training available or option to refer back.

You will:

• Have CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Have 2+ years experience providing mortgage advice or worked within the industry and looking to take the next step with your career
• Have previously banked £100k+ (ideally)
• Be self-motivated and able to self-source leads
• Have excellent communication skills
• Enjoy building relationships and providing excellent client service
• Be able to work independently and manage your own leads
• Understand regulations and compliance requirements
