If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and challenging behaviours, we have an exciting opportunity for you to shine as a dedicated Teaching Assistant!
Working closely with our experienced and compassionate teaching staff, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of personalised education plans.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education.
Requirements for this role include:
- A genuine passion for working with students with special need
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student
- Experience of supporting pupils with additional needs
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
