Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour
• Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Implement and support individual education and behaviour plans
• Foster positive relationships with pupils to enhance their social and emotional development
• Work closely with school staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the well-being and progress of pupils

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour
• Relevant qualifications in Child Care/Supporting Teaching (Level 2 or Level 3)
• Availability to work full-time or part-time
• Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to undergo a Criminal Conviction Check
