Position: SEMH Teacher/Teaching Assistant (Special Educational Needs and Mental Health)
Location: Croydon, Greater London
Salary: £85 - £180 per day (depending on teacher or ta)
Contract Type: temp/perm

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher/Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- A highly-professional, caring, and committed approach to teaching pupils with SEMH
- A passion to help guild and develop children/young adults mentally and academically
Key Responsibilities: As an SEMH Teacher/Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and lesson preparation.
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Support and Environment: You will be supported by experienced learning support assistants within your class.
This role is offered on an initial contract basis, with the potential for permanency based on performance.
