Semi Senior Accountant

An experienced Semi Senior Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing financial systems, and contributing to the overall growth of our Business Services sector.

Description

• Responsibility for a mixed client portfolio comprising of sole traders to medium size limited companies.
• Accounts preparation including bookkeeping.
• Assisting with tax returns.
• Client relationship management.
• Assisting with corporation tax preparation.

Profile

• AAT Level 4 qualified as a minimum.
• ACCA / ACA part qualified is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years accountancy practice experience including bookkeeping.
• Sound cloud accounting system knowledge: experience in Sage, Xero, CCH.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets/deadlines.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships.
