Form of workHere at Berry Recruitment………….We're looking for an experienced Semi-Senior Outsourcing Assistant to support exciting growth for our client who is an Accountancy and Advisory firm based in Oxford.Role: Semi-Senior Outsourcing AssistantHours: Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00Salary: £25,000 - £30, 000 Per AnnumFull benefits package available upon scheduled call.You will be responsible for the preparation of management accounts and VAT returns for a portfolio of clients.You will be responsible for approximately 20-30 micro/small clients on a mixture of weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, and will include sole traders, partnerships, charities, and small limited companies.About the Semi-Senior Outsourcing Assistant role:Completion of VAT returnsPreparation of management accounts, including maintenance of sales, purchase and nominal ledgers as required.Taking responsibility for ensuring clients and HMRC deadlines are met by managing your own and your clients' time effectively.Raising draft invoices for director/partner approvalAssisting with the implementation of procedures for new assignmentsReviewing input from junior members of the team, where this forms part of your own assignmentAbout You:Previous experience of working in practiceAAT qualified or first tier ACCA qualification.Able to use Xero, Sage 50 Accounts, QuickBooks and ExcelNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification we have listed.
