SEN Admin Assistant, Taunton
Salary: £11.59 per hour
Type: Temporary to Permanent, Part-Time (Mondays and Fridays) 6 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial support to the SENCO and SEN facilitator.
- Admin tasks supporting teaching and HR staff for LSA contacts, induction, and development.
- Initial point of contact for parents and outside agencies in the absence of the SENCO.
- Supporting the SENCO/SEND Facilitator and Exams Manager with access arrangements for exams.
- Formatting, typing, and distributing documents to include Annual Reviews and more.
- Minute taking during meetings.
- Co-ordinating diary appointments for the SENCO.
- Keeping SEN data up-to-date.
- Meeting and greeting parents and professionals.
