We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for our students with SEN.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and meeting their educational goals.
• Implement individualised learning plans and strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective interventions.
• Support students in developing social skills, communication, and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback and reporting to the SEN Coordinator.
• Assist with personal care and physical support as required.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and self-esteem.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation relating to SEN education.
Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or a related field are an advantage but not essential.
