�? Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEN, tailoring assistance to individual needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

�? Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN is desirable.
• Possession of relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) would be advantageous.
• A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent communication skills.
