Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom and during other school activities.
- Assist in the implementation of personalized learning plans, ensuring each student’s unique needs are met.
- Work closely with teachers and other educational staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Help students with daily tasks, fostering independence and confidence.
- Monitor and record student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN support.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children or individuals with special educational needs.
- Qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
- Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
