Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dynamic team in Bristol. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students. As an LSA, you will work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support to students with varying learning abilities.
Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring the engagement of all students.
Support students in developing essential life skills and independence.
Contribute to the overall well-being and safeguarding of students.Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A passion for working with children and promoting their well-being.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
