SEN Specialist TA

Are you a qualified and experienced SEN TA looking for a new role?

We are looking for a SEN specialist Learning Support Assistant to work within one of our dedicated Primary Schools. supporting the engagement and learning of pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs.  We look for exceptional practitioners who can provide a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which our pupils with Special Educational Needs canmake good progress. 

  The right person will:

·         Have recent UK Support  experience working with Pupils

·         Have experience and/or knowledge in working with pupils with SEND, including pupils with Autism, non-verbal pupils and pupils with Global Developmental Delay

·         Have completed certified teaching assistant courses/ training, at least a CACHE level 2 or above is required

·         Experience in ensuring a consistent environment for pupils and have behaviour management strategies to use when pupils become dysregulated

·         Have a genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every pupil
