Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and assistance to children with additional needs within our SEN setting. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to children with additional needs, including personal care, social interaction, and academic assistance.

Assist in the planning and delivery of educational and recreational activities tailored to the needs and interests of the children.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior incidents, and any relevant information to support ongoing assessments and planning.
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and adhere to relevant policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or individuals with additional needs is highly desirable.
A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in supporting the well-being and development of children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the children and the SEN setting.
