Salary: £30,000 to £46,525 per annum plus SEN 1 allowance.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified SEN Teacher to join their and passionate dedicated team. The successful candidate will teach small class sizes of 8-10 pupils, focusing on either science or English. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring they receive a high-quality education that caters to their individual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach classes of 8-10 pupils, specialising in either science or English.
- Adapt the curriculum to accommodate the specific learning needs of students with ASD, ADHD, MLD, and complex sensory needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and caregivers.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified SEN Teacher with experience teaching at the primary level. (QTS or equivalent)
- Confident in delivering either English or science to students with SEN.
- Background in supporting students with ASD, ADHD, MLD, and complex sensory needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
