SEN teacher required for the SEND resource base of a Primary School in Hackney.
This is an exciting role working with children with complex needs, mostly pre-verbal ASD, Global Development Delay and downs syndrome.
They are mainly learning and thinking at an 18-24 month level of development, so early years experience is very beneficial to the role.
- Long term SEN Teacher role within specialist provision to start September for the whole academic year
- Small Class of 7 full-time children
- Excellent support from SLT and SENCO
- Experienced HLTA full-time within the class

- Well-resourced and funded SEN provision
Applicants should be qualified teachers with good experience and knowledge of special education needs, especially complex needs and non-verbal children and previous experience within a special school or specialist provision.
